Middletown – Crews are responding to Route 299 atop Route 1 SB for a motor vehicle accident with injuries.
A vehicle has left Route 1 SB, traveled up the steep embankment before coming to against the Route 299 guardrail.
Good samaritans are on scene. First arriving crews are requesting medics. Trooper 4 is also en route.
The vehicle appears to have rolled. Heavy damage to the vehicle and airbag deployment.
