Troopers Investigating Shots Fired Into Home Sunday

Felton- The Delaware State Police are investigating a shots fired incident that occurred Sunday morning, according to Public Information Officer, Master Corporal Melissa Jaffe.

Jaffe said the incident occurred on July 12, 2020, at approximately 4:28 a.m., when Troopers were dispatched to the unit block of Skinner Lane, Felton, for a report of shots being fired. Upon arrival, it was learned that two male residents were inside when the exterior of their residence was struck by gunfire. Further investigation revealed that three rounds struck the residence and one went through the wall. The occupants did not sustain injury as a result of this incident.

There is no suspect information at this time.
