Townsend- On July 4, 2020, at approximately 12:38 p.m., the Delaware State Police responded to the intersection of Summit Bridge Road and Green Giant Road for a motor vehicle collision with injuries, according to Public Information Officer, Senior Corporal Heather Pepper.
Pepper said the investigation revealed 38-year-old Robert R. He then fled the scene in the stolen vehicle.
The passenger in the Kia Soul, a 25-year-old female of Marcus Hook, PA, sustained non-life-threatening injuries during the collision and was transported to a nearby hospital.
