Police: Middletown Robbery Suspect Charged And Released On Unsecured Bond

Robbery 2nd, Conspiracy 2nd, Wearing a disguise during the commission of a felony, resisting arrest / $11,200.00 Unsecured and no contact order.

Just before 6:00 Monday afternoon, two black male subjects entered the Valero wearing hooded sweatshirts, according to Middletown Police.

Officials said both subjects, entered behind the counter, one of them kept his hands in the front pocket of his sweatshirt and demanded money from the register. He then removed $185.00 in cash before both subjects fled after removing tobacco products, according to police.

One of the subjects, a juvenile, was later identified and arrested. He was arraigned and released after receiving a $11,200 unsecured bond and a no contact order issued by the court.
