Edgemoor – Just before 12:00 this afternoon First State Update received information that the New Castle County Police SWAT Team was on Bedford Drive.
At this time it’s not clear why the Special Operations Unit was called to that location. At around 1:00 pm a male was observed in handcuffs and the scene appeared to be relaxed, however, officials have not released any details surrounding the incident. It’s not clear if the community should avoid the area or it the situation is under control.
