Some One Knows Who Killed Jamar Kilgoe, Video Of Suspect

Almost six years ago, on Monday, February 16, 2015, at approximately 3:00 pm, patrol officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to a shooting at the Rose Hill Community Center at 19 Lambson Lane in New Castle.

When the officers arrived, they found one victim, 31-year-old Jamar Kilgoe suffering from a single gunshot wound. The officers, New Castle County Paramedics and other emergency medical personnel administered first aid, however, Kilgoe died at the scene.

“The victims and families of our unsolved homicides are not forgotten and there are ongoing efforts by the New Castle County Division of Police and the Criminal Investigation Unit, Cold Case Squad, to bring about a resolution to each and every case.” officials said Thursday.

Any information could potentially be used to bring criminals to justice and provide peace for the families who have lost their loved ones.

A standing, cash reward is offered in exchange for information deemed to benefit the investigation or lead to the arrest and conviction of the individual(s) responsible for committing the crime.
