Newark – Delaware State Police Troop 2 is searching for 17-year-old Madison Sparrow who was reported missing on October 2, 2020, according to Public Information Officer, Sergeant Darren Lester.
Sparrow was last seen on October 2, 2020, at approximately 3:40 p.m. in the area of Farm Lane in Newark, Delaware.
A post on her mother’s Facebook page says that Madison and a friend left the house and went for ice cream. Madison, a student at Newark Charter High School, never returned. The post can be viewed below.
Sparrow is described as a white female, approximately 5’4″, 105 lbs., with long brown hair and wearing glasses. She was last seen wearing black tights with denim shorts, gray boots, blue hoodie that says “New Jersey” on it. Sparrow was also wearing white ghost earrings.
Attempts to locate or communicate with Sparrow have been unsuccessful and there is a concern for her welfare.
