Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred at approximately 5:37 p.m. in the 100 block of Stroud Street.
Police located a 19-year-old male gunshot victim who was transported to the hospital and is listed in critical condition.
This incident remains under investigation and further details will be released when possible.
