6-Year-Old Boy Injured In Middletown Crash Monday

At approximately 6:00 p.m., New Castle County Paramedics, Odessa Fire Company, Volunteer Hose Company of Middletown, Port Penn Fire Company, and Delaware State Police Aviation were dispatched to the intersection of Boyds Corner Road and North Bayberry Parkway in Middletown for reports of a motor vehicle collision with rollover.

Upon arrival, New Castle County Paramedics evaluated a 6-year-old boy. He was treated for a possible head injury and transported to Alfred I. DuPont Hospital for Children via Delaware State Police Aviation in stable condition. Four additional patients were evaluated by emergency medical technicians and were transported to local hospitals in stable condition.
Delaware State Police is investigating the crash.
