Just before 11:00 Tuesday morning firefighters from area companies along investigators with the fire marshal’s office, DNREC, Kent County Medics and Delaware State Police were dispatced tp the unit block of John Collins Circle for a HAZMAT incident.
Delaware State Police issued a statement that says that they are currently conducting a death investigation in the Rodney Village Community. There is no safety concern for the surrounding community.
