Just after 12:20, this afternoon firefighters from across New Castle County responded to reports of a house fire in the unit block of Buena Vista Drive in New Castle.
While en route crews learned that the home was fully involved and that homeowner had made it out of the home.
First arriving confirmed that there was a working fire and began their attack. Shortly after arrival Command struck a second alarm which brought additional resources.
