On Monday detectives were conducting surveillance at Jones’ residence in the City of Wilmington when they observed Jones leaving. The detectives were then able to apprehend him and transport him to New Castle County Police headquarters.

There Jones was charged with one count of Felony Murder 2nd and arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 11 and held in lieu of $300,000 cash bail.
