Wilmington Police are investigating a fatal shooting incident that occurred at approximately 11:08 p.m. Tuesday in the 1200 block of Peach Street.
Police said they located 20-year-old Tommy Ramos of Dover suffering from gunshot wounds. Ramos succumbed to his injuries.
This incident remains under investigation and further details will be released when possible police said Wednesday.
