Newark Police are investigating an incident that occurred on E Main Street Tuesday night.
Sources tell FSU that one person was shot at around 9:00 in the area between the Colonial Garden Apartments and the McDonalds. We’re also told that one person was transported to the hospital with undetermined injuries.
It’s not clear if the patient was transported by personal vehicle or by rescue crews.
We’re expecting NPD to update us later this morning.
