Officials: Pedestrian Hospitalized After Being Struck By Vehicle

Upon arrival, New Castle County Paramedics found a total of two patients. A 21-year-old male had been struck by a vehicle and treated for possible internal injuries. He was transported to Christiana Hospital via Claymont Fire Company ambulance, accompanied by New Castle County Paramedics, in stable condition. A second patient was evaluated on scene and refused transport.
