The Middletown Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred Wednesday morning according to Sr. Lieutenant Dawn Feldmann.
Feldmann said at approximately 10:46 Wednesday morning,, the Middletown Police responded to the unit block of Liborio Drive in reference to a shooting.
Upon arrival police located one victim who was transported to the hospital in stable condition.
Middletown Police Detectives are in the early stages of the investigation. They are asking anyone with information regarding this incident to contact Detective Womer at 302-376-9950.
They are also are asking residents to review any video footage they may have and report anything that could potentially assist in the investigation.
