Wilmington Police are investigating a fatal shooting incident that occurred at approximately 2:32 p.m. in the 700 block of Warner Street.
Police located 23-year-old Jermaine Meadows suffering from gunshot wounds. Meadows was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
This incident remains under investigation and further details will be released when possible.
