Wilmington Police have arrested three juveniles and recovered a stolen vehicle.
On March 20 at approximately 11:20 a.m., officers on patrol located an occupied stolen vehicle in the area of Martin Luther King Boulevard and North Orange Street. The vehicle fled from officers and was located a short time later in the unit block of Germay Drive.
Police took the 15-year-old male juvenile driver into custody after he attempted to flee on foot. With the assistance of New Castle County Police and Delaware State Police, two occupants were taken into custody after fleeing, a 14-year-old male juvenile and a 15-year-old male juvenile.

The 15-year-old driver was charged with the following offenses in addition to traffic violations:
Receiving Stolen Property Over $1,500
Criminal Mischief Over $5,000 (2 counts)
Noncompliance with Bond Conditions
Conspiracy 2nd Degree
Resisting Arrest
He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and committed to the New Castle County Detention Center on $13,100 cash-only bail.
The 14-year-old passenger was charged with the following offenses:
Receiving Stolen Property Over $1,500
Noncompliance with Bond Conditions
Conspiracy 2nd Degree
Resisting Arrest
He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and committed to the New Castle County Detention Center on $7,500 cash-only bail.
The 15-year-old passenger was charged with the following offenses:
Receiving Stolen Property Over $1,500
Noncompliance with Bond Conditions
Conspiracy 2nd Degree
Resisting Arrest
He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and committed to the New Castle County Detention Center on $7,000 cash-only bail.
