Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred at approximately 5:54 p.m., in the 600 block of Concord Avenue.
Police located a 19-year-old male gunshot victim who arrived at the hospital in stable condition.
This incident remains under investigation and further details will be released when possible.
