Otts Chapel Road Bridge Over I-95 Reopens After Months Of Repairs

The Otts Chapel Road bridge over I-95 in Newark has reopened to motorists after being closed to allow crews to rehabilitate the bridge joints.

The project work began on Tuesday, November 29th, and was scheduled to last six to eight weeks. The roadway was reopened this week.

The closure caused major delays and forced motorists to use the already crowded Route 896.
