The Delaware State Police are currently conducting an investigation into a gas station robbery that occurred at Star Gas & Diesel, located at 3927 Kirkwood Highway, last night, just before 9:30.
According to initial reports, a 55-year-old employee was present at the gas station during the robbery. The victim recounted that an unidentified white male suspect entered the premises and brandished a knife. The suspect demanded the cash, and the victim, fearing for their safety, complied with the demands.
After securing an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect fled the scene on foot.
