Man In His 50’s Shot Early Friday Morning

Wilmington Police are currently investigating a shooting that took place Friday morning.

Just after 8:10, police responded to the 600 block of Taylor Street for reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, authorities discovered a 52-year-old male who had sustained gunshot wounds.

The victim was transported to a medical facility for treatment and is reported to be in stable condition.
