Wilmington Police are reportedly investigating a shooting that occurred earlier today.
On Friday afternoon at approximately 1:50 PM, emergency responders were dispatched to the 1100 block of Read Street following reports of a shooting.
The victim, whose identity has not been disclosed, sustained very serious injuries and was transported to a local trauma center for medical attention.
