Dover Man Shot Friday Morning

The Dover Police Department is investigating a shooting that left a 25-year-old male from Dover injured early Friday morning.

The investigation began at 2:04 a.m. when Dover Police was called for multiple shots fired in the area of Village Drive and Quail Hollow Drive.

Officers responded to the area and located the victim who had sustained a gunshot wound to his upper body. The victim was transported to Bayhealth Kent Campus for treatment of his injuries.

There are no leads or suspect descriptions at this time.
