At around 9:20 Delaware State Police responded to I-495 NB in the area of Fox Point State Park.
Sources tell FSU that Troopers were called to the scene for reports that a vehicle was struck by gunfire. We do not have any additional details.
No medical response has been made and the road appears to open at this point.
