Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred at approximately 12:18 a.m., at a restaurant in 1700 block of Delaware Avenue.
Police located a 28-year-old male gunshot victim with a gunshot wound to the groin, who was transported to the hospital in stable condition.
