Delaware State Police are currently conducting an investigation into a fatal traffic collision that took place on Governor Printz Boulevard southbound late Saturday in the area of Haines Avenue.
According to reports from the scene, emergency responded to find a woman trapped inside a vehilce beneath a tow truck. She was pronounced deceased at the scene. The identity of the woman has not been released pending notification of next of kin.
Governor Printz Boulevard closed for several hours, as police and emergency personnel worked to investigate the circumstances surrounding the accident and to clear the wreckage.
