On Wednesday, March 6th, 2024, at approximately 1:35 a.m., Officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the 3600 block of Birch Circle, in the community of Birch Point Condominiums, in reference to multiple guns shots heard in the area.
Upon arrival, responding Officers conducted a property check and located an unoccupied vehicle that was struck by multiple gun shots.
An Officer from the Evidence Detection Squad responded to the scene for processing and at this time there are no reported injuries.
