Video: Troopers Asking For The Public’s Help On Armed Dog Abductions

The Delaware State Police (DSP) is seeking assistance from the public in investigating an armed burglary that occurred earlier this week.

Officials said on the evening of Monday, March 25, 2024, an unoccupied residence located on the 3200 block of West Denneys Road became the target of a criminal act that not only resulted in the theft of valuable property but also the abduction of four French Bulldogs.

The incident unfolded around 9 p.m. when six individuals, whose identities remain concealed behind masks, executed a forceful break-in. Among the group, one suspect was armed. The perpetrators managed to flee the scene with the dogs in addition to a gaming system.

Delaware State Police issued an appeal for support from the community in an effort to bring the dogs safely back to their family.

Members of the public who might have who may have information related to the incident are encouraged to come forward.
