Seaford Rollover Crash Sends One To Trauma Center By Air

Officials are investigating a rollover crash that occurred at approximately 11:53 AM on Woodland Ferry Road in Seaford, Sussex County.

Initial reports from the scene indicated that on Saturday a vehicle rolled over, leading to entrapment of the driver. Upon arrivial, crews confirmed the vehicle was overturned in the roadway with one individual trapped inside.

Emergency response teams included crews from Seaford, Sussex County Paramedics, and Delaware State Police Aviation’s Trooper 2.

Following the extraction, the patient was transported to Christiana Hospital via Delaware State Police Aviation’s Trooper 2 for further medical treatment. Details regarding injuries are unknown at this time.
