Motorcycle Rider Reportedly Struck By Deer Tuesday

Just before 11:00 Tuesday evening, rescue crews from the Talleyville and Brandywine Fire Companies along with New Castle CountyParamedics responded to Concord Pike at Augustine cut off for reports of a motorcycle crash with injuries.

According to initial reports, upon arrival crews found a 41 year old male rider who had reportedly been struck by a deer.

after providing initial treatment at the scene, the patient was transported to Christiana Hospital via Brandywine fire company ambulance with on determined injuries.
