Wilmington Police are investigating a shootings that occurred on C Street in Wilmington’s South Bridge neighborhood early Thursday. The incident occurred shortly after 1:30 AM.
Upon arrival, emergency medical personnel found a 16-year-old male victim who had sustained a gunshot wound to a lower extremity. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment of his injuries.
This shooting follows an incident that left two shot, one fatally, on nearby S Heald Street Wednesday.
