On Wednesday morning, at approximately 4:45., Milford Police Department Patrol was dispatched to the 500 block of S. DuPont Blvd. in Milford, Sussex County. The call concerned a 31-year-old male subject who was found bleeding from his head. Officers responded and made contact with the injured male.
Emergency Medical Services (EMS) arrived at the scene, provided medical care, and transported the male to a nearby hospital. His injuries are reported to be non-life-threatening.
During the course of the investigation, officers were led to a residence in the 6000 block of Pebblebrook Drive in the Brookstone Trace Development. Upon arrival, they discovered a t 31-year-old female and a 3-year-old female were found deceased at the residence.
The Milford Police Department Criminal Investigations Division is actively investigating the incident. A person of interest has been detained, and authorities have assured the public that there is no ongoing threat.
