Crash Critically Injures Woman Tuesday

Delaware State Police are investigating a crash that critically injured a woman Tuesday.

Officials said a collision involving a motorcycle occurred on Pulaski Highway near Fox Hunt Drive at approximately 5:00 p.m.

New Castle County Paramedics and the Christiana Fire Company arrived at the scene to find a single patient, a 30-year-old woman motorcycle rider, lying in the roadway after being struck by a vehicle officials said.

The patient was transported by New Castle County Paramedics on board a Christiana Fire Company ambulance to Christiana Hospital in Stanton. She was reported to be in critical condition, suffering from extremity injuries, head injuries, and potential internal injuries.
