Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred yesterday at approximately 9:27 p.m., in the area of West 8th and Windsor Streets.
Police located a 38-year-old male gunshot victim, who was transported to the hospital in critical condition. Initial reports from the scene indicate that the victim was shot multiple times
