Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred Wednesday at approximately 10:28 p.m., in the 700 block of East 22nd Street. Officials said that officers located a 19-year-old male gunshot victim, who was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
On Sunday officials said the victim, identified as Kwamir Wise, succumbed to his injuries.
