Three Juveniles Facing Felony Robbery Charges

Delaware State Police have arrested three 17-year-old males from Harrington, in connection with a strong-arm robbery that occurred on November 28, 2024, at the Shore Stop located on South Dupont Highway in Felton.

The incident, reported at approximately 3:10 p.m., involved a 17-year-old male victim who was attacked by three masked suspects in the parking lot of the Shore Stop. Officials said the suspects forcibly stole the victim’s belongings before fleeing the scene in an unidentified vehicle. Fortunately, the victim was not injured during the robbery.

Officials said through investigative efforts, authorities identified the three juvenile suspects and obtained warrants for their arrests. Each suspect faces felony charges, including Robbery 2nd Degree and Conspiracy 2nd Degree, as well as a misdemeanor charge of Offensive Touching.

The first arrest took place on December 7, 2024, when one of the suspects was apprehended and taken to Troop 3. He was arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court 7 and released on his own recognizance.

The second suspect turned himself in at Troop 3 on December 9, 2024. He was arraigned and subsequently committed to the Stevenson House Detention Center in Milford on a $3,100 secured bond.

The third suspect surrendered to authorities on December 10, 2024, at Troop 3. Following arraignment, he was released on a $1,500 unsecured bond.
