Wilmington Police responded to reports of a shooting at the Brandywine Hill Apartments, located at 4312 Miller Road in Wilmington, just before 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning.
Emergency responders, including Trooper 4, were initially dispatched to the scene. The Delaware State Police helicopter began preparations to land at the nearby Home Depot on Miller Road but was subsequently recalled.
One individual was transported to a local hospital for treatment. The extent of the injuries remains unknown at this time, and authorities have not released additional details regarding the incident.
