Two Hospitalized After Shooting, One Critical

The Wilmington Police Department is investigating a shooting incident that occurred Sunday night on the 100 block of North Broom Street.

According to authorities, officers responded to the hospital at approximately 9:54 p.m. Upon arrival, police determined that two individuals had sustained gunshot wounds during the incident.

A 17-year-old male victim was transported to a nearby hospital and is reported to be in critical condition. A second victim, a 19-year-old male, also sought medical attention and is currently listed in stable condition.
