Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting that occurred at approximately 10:26 p.m. on Thursday in the 200 block of South Heald Street.
Responding officers located a 42-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital, where he was reported to be in stable condition.
