Wilmington Police have arrested three individuals following an investigation into an armed robbery that occurred in early February. The arrests followed an investigation led by the Criminal Investigations Division.
On February 4, at approximately 11:41 p.m., officers from the officers responded to the 1000 block of West 7th Street in reference to a reported armed robbery. The case was assigned to Detective Justin Wilkers, who identified three suspects over the course of the investigation: 20-year-old Dadrique Montaque, a 17-year-old male juvenile, and 23-year-old Jabree Green police said Friday.
On February 25, officers conducted a vehicle stop, during which Montaque was taken into custody without incident. Three days later, on February 28, Wilmington Police executed a search warrant in the 400 block of South Harrison Street, where the 17-year-old male juvenile suspect was also taken into custody without incident. On March 19, officers executed another search warrant in the 100 block of Augustine Court in Middletown and arrested Green without incident.

Montaque has been charged with first-degree robbery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, second-degree assault, wearing a disguise during the commission of a felony, and second-degree conspiracy. He was arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court 11 and committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $117,000 cash-only bail.

Green and the 17-year-old male juvenile are facing identical charges. They were both arraigned in the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas. The teen was committed to the New Castle County Detention Center on $40,000 secured bail. Green was committed to Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $122,000 cash-only bail.
