Wilmington Police are investigating a fatal shooting incident that occurred at approximately 6:27 p.m. in the 200 block of West 25th Street.
Police located a 16-year-old male gunshot victim, who was transported to the hospital in critical condition and later succumbed to his injuries.
Initial reports from the scene indicate that the teen was shot multiple times.
