Delaware State Police have identified two individuals were found deceased inside a vehicle in Dover on Easter Sunday. The victims have been identified as 33-year-old Brittani Hollis and 35-year-old Kamal Paddy, both residents of Dover.
At approximately 7:28 a.m., troopers were dispatched to the intersection of Sharon Hill Road and Cahoon Branch Road following reports of two unresponsive individuals inside a vehicle. Upon arrival, officers located a car parked on the shoulder of the road with both occupants deceased inside. Hollis and Paddy were pronounced dead at the scene.
Preliminary investigation revealed that Hollis and Paddy were in a domestic relationship. The Delaware State Police Homicide Unit is continuing to examine the circumstances surrounding their deaths. Detectives currently do not believe there is any ongoing threat to public safety.
The crime scene is situated just outside Dover city limits near the New Hope Church.
