Emergency personnel responded to a fatal motor vehicle collision involving a motorcycle Friday afternoon on North Church Street in Milford.
The crash occurred in the 600 block of North Church Street and caused the closure of the roadway between North Street Extension and Bright Way.
According to the Milford Police Department, the incident was reported shortly before 4:00 p.m., and emergency crews including Milford Fire and EMS units, along with medics, arrived on scene. Authorities have confirmed that the crash resulted in at least one fatality.
Two patients were transported to an area hospital with what are believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.
