Wilmington – Delaware State Police, along with DelDOT crews are currently on scene at Concord Pike and Powder Mill Road for reports of an injury accident.
Traffic in the north bound lanes are backed up into Downtown Wilmington.
Reports from the scene indicate that two patients are injured.
Rescue crews have been dispatched and are currently working their way to the scene
