Gordon Holmes, 22, of Newark pleaded guilty to two counts of Burglary Second Degree and one count of Conspiracy Second Degree. Prosecutors said that Holmes broke into the homes of University of Delaware students on East Park Place and East Main Street in Newark during the summer and fall of 2015, stealing items that included laptop computers, shoes, a longboard, and video games. Holmes was sentenced to two years in prison with in-patient treatment, followed by one year of Level III probation.
