Middletown – This morning at around 9:45 a.m. the Middletown Police Department responded to an industrial accident involving a milling machine, at the intersection of Priscilla Street and S. Scott Street in Middletown.
Investigation revealed the victim, a 40 year old white Hispanic male, who is an employee of the Cirillo Brothers construction company stepped in the path of a milling machine and suffered an injury to the lower extremity.
He was transported to Christiana Hospital via Trooper 4 helicopter for treatment. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) was notified and responded for further investigation.
