The New Castle County Police, Criminal Investigation Unit, has released a composite sketch of the suspect involved in multiple indecent exposures in Glasgow Park.
Newark – Detectives have been actively investigating the multiple reports of the suspicious suspect with the latest incident occurring on Wednesday, 11/23/16, according to New Castle County Spokeswoman Corporal Tracey Duffy.
Duffy said that during that incident, officers learned the victim was using the portable toilet near the tennis courts when an unknown male suspect opened the door. The suspect apologized for opening the door and then returned a minute later exposing his genitalia, said Duffy.
The victim fled the area on foot and called the police.
The victim in the first reported incident stated the suspect approached her from behind while she was running and allegedly touched her on the buttocks,according to Duffy. There was a brief verbal exchange and the suspect fled on foot.
The suspect has been described as an African-American teen, 6’3’’ tall, thin build and weighing approximately 170 lbs. He was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and sneakers. He has an unkempt high-top fade hairstyle.
In each incident, there were no reports of injuries.
