Dover – Dover Police investigators were called to the WSFS Bank located at 290 S. Dupont Highway after a man was discovered dead in front of the bank.
Just after 7:50 the morning rescue crews were dispatched to the scene for reports of an unconscious person. Minutes later crews reported CPR in process.
A witness at the scene reported that officials with the Delaware Division of Forensic Science have taken custody of the body.
