Middletown Burglary Suspect Released On Unsecured Bond

On Thursday evening, May 9, 2019, at approximately 5:20 the Middletown Police Department responded to the Unit Block of E. Cole Boulevard in reference to a burglary investigation.

Officials said the investigation revealed that a suspect forced entry to the residence by breaking the glass pane on the rear door of the residence.

The suspect then removed several items from within the residence and fled the scene according to police. Police said that they obtained evidence which lead to the positive identification of Rausheen Lively as the suspect, and all stolen property which was valued $400.00  was recovered.

On May 15, 2019, an arrest warrant was obtained for Rausheen Lively and he was taken into custody without incident. Lively was processed and arraigned by the Justice of the Peace Court 2 and was released on $5,000 unsecured bail.
